Connect Freshsales to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Freshsales integration
3. Enter your Freshsales API key
4. Once configured, Freshsales data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Freshsales Developer Portal 
2. Create a new API key with appropriate permissions
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Manage contacts and deals
• Access sales pipeline
• Reference CRM analytics

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
