Connect PagerDuty to give Cendriix agents visibility into your incidents and alerts for context-aware remediation.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the PagerDuty integration
3. Complete the OAuth consent flow on PagerDuty
4. Once authorized, your incidents and alerts are accessible to Cendriix agents

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Read incident history and alert details
• Ingest incident context into Cortex for analysis
• Reference on-call and escalation data when planning remediation

Security notes

• Only read scope is requested — Cendriix cannot modify your incidents
• PagerDuty tokens are refreshable via the standard OAuth refresh flow
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
