Connect SendGrid to manage email delivery and access analytics through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the SendGrid integration
3. Enter your SendGrid API key
4. Once configured, email delivery data becomes available

Getting your API key

1. Go to SendGrid Settings → API Keys 
2. Click Create API Key
3. Choose Restricted Access and enable only the permissions you need
4. Copy the key and paste it in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Send transactional and marketing emails
• Access delivery statistics and bounce reports
• Reference email performance data

Security notes

• Use restricted API keys with minimal permissions
• Keys are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
