Connect Loom to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Loom integration
3. Authorize Cendriix in the Loom consent screen
4. Once configured, Loom data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Loom Developer Portal 
2. Register a new OAuth application
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Access video recordings and transcripts
• Manage workspaces
• Reference video metadata

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
