Connect Webex to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Webex integration
3. Authorize Cendriix in the Webex consent screen
4. Once configured, Webex data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Webex Developer Portal 
2. Register a new OAuth application
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Manage meetings and spaces
• Send and receive messages
• Access recording data

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
