Connect ServiceNow to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the ServiceNow integration
3. Authorize Cendriix in the ServiceNow consent screen
4. Once configured, ServiceNow data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to ServiceNow Developer Portal 
2. Register a new OAuth application
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Manage incidents and change requests
• Access CMDB and service catalog
• Reference ITSM workflows

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
