Connect Twilio to manage SMS, voice, and messaging workflows through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Twilio integration
3. Enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token
4. Once configured, messaging data becomes available to Cendriix agents

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Twilio Console 
2. Copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the dashboard
3. For narrower access, create an API Key at Settings → API Keys

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Send SMS and voice notifications
• Access message logs and delivery status
• Reference communication context for support workflows

Security notes

• Twilio Auth Tokens have full account access — use API Keys for narrower scope
• Tokens are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
