Connect Segment to access customer data, event tracking, and integration pipelines through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Segment integration
3. Enter your Segment API key
4. Once configured, analytics data becomes available

Getting your API key

1. Go to Segment Workspace Settings → API Access 
2. Create a new token with read permissions
3. Copy the token and paste it in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Read source and destination configurations
• Access event schemas and tracking plans
• Reference data pipeline status

Security notes

• Use scoped API keys with minimal permissions
• Keys are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
