Connect OpsGenie to access incident management, alerts, and on-call schedules through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the OpsGenie integration
3. Enter your OpsGenie API key or endpoint URL
4. Once configured, monitoring data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to OpsGenie → Settings → API Key Management 
2. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Read alerts and incident data
• Access on-call schedules and escalation policies
• Reference incident context for debugging workflows

Security notes

• Use read-only API keys where available
• Keys are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
