Connect Hotjar to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Hotjar integration
3. Enter your Hotjar API key
4. Once configured, Hotjar data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Hotjar Developer Portal 
2. Create a new API key with appropriate permissions
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Access heatmap and recording data
• Reference user feedback surveys
• Query behavioral analytics

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
