Connect Zoom to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Zoom integration
3. Authorize Cendriix in the Zoom consent screen
4. Once configured, Zoom data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Zoom Developer Portal 
2. Register a new OAuth application
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Manage meetings and webinars
• Access recording transcripts
• Reference participant data

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
