Connect Heap to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Heap integration
3. Enter your Heap API key
4. Once configured, Heap data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Heap Developer Portal 
2. Create a new API key with appropriate permissions
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Access auto-captured event data
• Reference user session analytics
• Query behavioral data

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
