Connect Pipedrive to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Pipedrive integration
3. Authorize Cendriix in the Pipedrive consent screen
4. Once configured, Pipedrive data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Pipedrive Developer Portal 
2. Register a new OAuth application
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Manage deals and contacts
• Access pipeline data
• Reference sales activities

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
