Connect FullStory to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the FullStory integration
3. Enter your FullStory API key
4. Once configured, FullStory data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to FullStory Developer Portal 
2. Create a new API key with appropriate permissions
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Access session replay metadata
• Reference user frustration signals
• Query digital experience data

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
