Connect Pendo to access its capabilities through Cendriix agents.

Overview

How to connect

1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
2. Click Connect on the Pendo integration
3. Enter your Pendo API key
4. Once configured, Pendo data becomes available

Getting your credentials

1. Go to Pendo Developer Portal 
2. Create a new API key with appropriate permissions
3. Copy the credentials and paste them in the Cendriix setup wizard

Capabilities

Once connected, Cendriix agents can:

• Access product usage analytics
• Manage in-app guides
• Reference feature adoption data

Security notes

• Use scoped credentials with minimal permissions
• Credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager
• Disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → Connectors
