Help Scout

Connect Help Scout to Cendriix to manage help desk conversations and customers.

Authentication

Help Scout uses OAuth 2.0. When you click Connect, you’ll be redirected to Help Scout to authorize Cendriix.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Connectors
  2. Find Help Scout in the connector list
  3. Click Connect
  4. Authorize Cendriix in the Help Scout consent screen
  5. You’ll be redirected back to Cendriix with the connector active

Admin Setup (Self-Hosted)

To enable Help Scout for your Cendriix instance:

  1. Register an OAuth application at Help Scout Developer Portal 
  2. Set the callback URL to: https://api.cendriix.ai/v1/connectors/oauth/callback
  3. Populate the Secrets Manager secret cendriix/prod/connectors/helpscout with:
    { "client_id": "...", "client_secret": "..." }

  • Query Help Scout data from Cendra AI assistant
